Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift card use
Gift cards may be used toward eligible food, beverage, catering, and other purchases offered by Rasoi Indian Kitchen. Gift cards are redeemable only through the channels identified by the restaurant.
2. Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Gift cards may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Promotional gift cards may have additional restrictions or expiration dates, which will be disclosed at the time of issue.
3. Lost or stolen cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Rasoi Indian Kitchen is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a gift card unless required by applicable law.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable. If a transaction is canceled or refunded, any eligible refund may be returned to the original gift card or payment method at the restaurant's discretion and subject to applicable law.

For balance questions or support, contact (720) 390-7896. Please have the gift card number and purchase details available.
6. Changes and misuse
We may suspend or cancel a gift card if we reasonably believe it was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, except where local law requires otherwise.
